Welcome winter in with this beautiful snowshoe hike up to Stanton Lake. This hike begins with a steep climb for about half a mile before the trail flattens out and meanders through a forest mixed with Western larch, Douglas fir, and spruce. We’ll enter the Great Bear Wilderness as we continue our hike to the lake. As the water comes into view, we are greeted with a stunning view of a peaceful and serene mountainscape. Stanton Lake is the perfect moderate hike to warm you up and draw you in. We hope you’ll join us on this adventure!
